• The sensors have to be in good contact with your skin to have qualified signals. One of the sensors may be not fitting closely to the skin. So it's possible that the sensors are not collecting enough qualified data. If there is no obvious gap between the skin and sensors, please try to press one or two of them that maybe doesn’t cling to the skin very well. If the brainwaves come out and stay stable for more than 10 seconds, it means the headband functions but the contact is not good.
  • Please try a smaller rubber band. If the smaller one is too tight to feel comfortable, make one or two knots of the larger one, which may shorten it slightly.
  • Please make sure there is no hair between the sensors and your skin.
  • When you speak or move eyes, these facial muscle activities will interfere in signal detection. If the signal is not stable, try to relax your face and eyes.
  • Skincare products, cosmetics, and sebum will prevent the sensors from detecting signals. Please clean the skin with a wet wipe to improve signal quality if needed.
  • Dry skin or dryness caused by the environment will affect signal detection. Please moisturize the skin with a wet wipe to improve signal quality if needed.
  • After each adjustment, it takes 30 seconds to 1 minute to detect the signals. Just relax and take a few breaths.
  • When the brainwaves come out consistently, you are free to start your practice. If the signal is not good during the practice, you'll get notification as well as sound and vibration. If you turn off the notifications and sounds, you may miss the
